I am a huge fan of Jack Benny and The Couple Next Door, but even with so many episodes available I worry that I will grow tired of them before too long.

I prefer the sophisticated, witty shows without too much applause (for me that spoils Our Miss Brooks and Phil Harris/Alice Faye).

I also like:
Abroad with the Lockharts
The Aldrich Family
A Date With Judy
The Private Lives of Ethel & Albert
Fred Allen on Texaco Star Theater
The Halls of Ivy
It Pays To Be Ignorant
The Magnificent Montague
The Smiths of Hollywood
Steve Allen
You Bet Your Life

What am I missing? What do you suggest?

LOL, one comedy that I no longer listen to while riding the bus is Father Knows Best.
Not every episode is a side splitter, some are only good for a few chuckles.
The episode about the new housekeeper had me in stitches several times on one ride to work.
The other passengers gave me a few stares and plenty of room.
There are over a hundred episodes available.

The absolute worst radio comedy is The Jack Webb Show.

Have you tried the Adventures of Maisie?

How about Stan Freberg? (Though it can be a little "superior" in tone than the ones you mentioned.)
